Privacy Policy
The short version: we use your information only to run our service. We never sell your information, and we never share your mobile number or text-message consent with anyone for their marketing.
This policy explains how ("we," "us") collects and uses information through our website, our demo line, and the phone and text-message services we run for our business customers.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, business name, phone number, email address and trade when you fill out our trial form, call, text or email us.
- Calls and texts we handle: when we answer calls or send texts for a business customer, we process the caller's phone number, name, the details they share (such as the service they need and their address), call recordings and transcripts, and message history.
- Basic website data: our hosting provider may log standard technical information such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To set up, run and support our service.
- To answer calls, reply to texts, book appointments and send summaries to the business that was called.
- To reply to your questions and send messages you asked to receive.
- To bill our business customers and keep records the law requires.
- To keep the service secure and fix problems.
Text messages (SMS)
If you agree to receive text messages from us or from a business we serve, we use your phone number only to send the messages you asked for, such as replies to your call, appointment details and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented or shared with any third party, except with the service providers that deliver the messages for us.
Who we share information with
We don't sell personal information. We share it only:
- With the business you called or contacted, so they can do the job you asked for.
- With service providers that run parts of our service for us, such as phone and text-message carriers, AI voice and text providers, calendar tools, payment processing and website hosting. They may use the information only to provide those services.
- When the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, callers or us.
Call recording
Calls answered by our AI receptionist are recorded and transcribed so the business can see what was said. Callers are told up front that they're speaking with an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it to run the service for the business customer, or as the law requires. Business customers can ask us to delete their call and message records at any time.
Security
We use reputable providers and access controls to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.
- Email us to see, correct or delete information we hold about you.
Children
Our service is for businesses and their adult customers. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
