Terms of Service
These terms cover the missed-call text-back, AI receptionist and website services provided by ("we," "us") to business customers ("you"). By starting a trial or a paid plan, you agree to them.
Text message program
- Program: sends texts about trials and setup to people who opt in on our website, and sends replies, appointment details and service updates on behalf of the businesses we serve to callers who contact those businesses.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one message confirming you've opted out.
- Help: reply HELP or contact us at .
- Consent: agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Plans and billing
- Plans are billed monthly, in advance, at the prices on our website when you sign up.
- There is no contract. You can cancel anytime by text or email, and service ends at the close of your current billing month. We don't give partial-month refunds.
- Website projects are a one-time fee. The finished site is yours to keep.
Free trial and founding offer
- The free trial lasts 14 days on your real phone line. If you don't choose a plan by the end, the service turns off. We never charge you without your OK.
- For the first 10 founding customers: no setup fee, and if the service doesn't catch at least one call you would have missed during your first 30 days, your first paid month is free.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate business hours, services, prices and booking rules. The AI only quotes and books from the information you give it.
- Make sure you have the right to use the phone numbers you forward to us, and keep your own business registrations current.
- Don't use the service for anything illegal, for spam, or to contact people who haven't contacted you or agreed to hear from you.
AI and recordings
Our AI receptionist tells callers it is an AI assistant and that calls may be recorded. AI can make mistakes, so emergency words you choose are sent straight to you, and every call is recorded and written out for you to review. You're responsible for the final decisions about your jobs, prices and customers.
Service availability
We work to keep the service running 24/7, but phone networks, carriers and AI providers can have outages we don't control. We aren't liable for lost business caused by outages, missed messages or AI errors. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change affects your price or plan, we'll tell you at least 30 days ahead.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.
